- Partner Program is a true affiliate program of the GatherTeam.Online brand, which is an offer.
- GatherTeam.Online is a brand and product provided representing online team building activities for team building and corporate events.
- Site - GatherTeam.Online's website located on the Internet at https://gatherteam.online/.
- Partner - a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur who meets the criteria specified in the clauses. 3.1 and 3.2 of the Partner Program and became its participant by signing the Partner Agreement.
- An application - an application for participation in the Partnership Program placed on the Website in the “Partners” section or sent by e-mail to hello@gathergeam.online.
- Partner Agreement - a civil law contract concluded between GatherTeam.Online and the Partner for implementation of rights and obligations provided by this Partner Program.
- Partner status - Partner's position in the Partner Program and related rights, preferences, and obligations of the Partner arising after signing the Partner Agreement or when the Partner's status changes.
- Remuneration - payment received by the Partner within the framework of the Partner Program for selling online tours and additional tour options to b2b clients.
- Online Activity - GatherTeam.Online online events posted on the Website.
- B2B clients - business entities of any organizational and legal form, non-profit organizations, as well as individual entrepreneurs.
- Potential Client - a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur willing to purchase GatherTeam.Online products with the Partner's assistance.
- Customer Agreement - a service contract concluded with the Client for the online tour of GatherTeam.Online.
- Customer - a B2B client who has entered into a Client Agreement with the assistance of the Partner and/or received services from GatherTeam.Online to conduct a GatherTeam.Online on-line event.
- Revenue share - Partner's remuneration calculation model, in which the Partner receives a share of the profit brought by GatherTeam.Online.
- A new sale to a b2b client is a sale of an activity tour to a Client who has not used GatherTeam.Online services before (new client).
- Re-sale to b2b client is a sale of an online tour to a Client who has already used GatherTeam.Online services (existing client).
- Terms of participation in the Affiliate Program.
- Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in commercial activities, HR agencies, HR communities, consulting companies, and other organizations are entitled to participate in the Partner Program.
- Acceptance of the Partnership Agreement
- After receiving the notification of application approval, the Partner is deemed to have accepted the Partnership Agreement. No signature is required; acceptance is confirmed by the Partner’s acknowledgment via email.
- This acknowledgment serves as full and unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions of this Partnership Program (acceptance of the offer).
- Partner's compliance with the pricing policy.
- Within the framework of the Partner Program the Partner, when placing PR, marketing or advertising information, on his/her behalf or when financing such placement, as well as when signing Customer agreements is obliged to set the price of the product and additional options of GatherTeam.Online is not lower than the level recommended by GatherTeam.Online. Non-observance of GatherTeam.Online pricing policy by an Introducing Broker is equated to unilateral refusal of the Introducing Broker from participation in this Affiliate Program, refusal from all commercial activity on Potential Clients, and refusal from the accumulated portfolio of Clients.
- Use of Intellectual Property.
- Within the framework of the Partnership Program GatherTeam.Online and the Partner have the right to use each other's intellectual property objects on the territory of any country of the world, namely:
- Company Name (full),
- Company name (abbreviated),
- Logo,
- Name of GatherTeam.Online products in PR, marketing, and advertising materials created exclusively in their name, aimed at commercial promotion of GatherTeam.Online product and not creating commercial and/or reputational risks.
- Such use must not mislead consumers of advertising regarding the rights granted by GatherTeam.Online to the Partner under the Affiliate Program and comply with Section 5 of this Affiliate Program.
- GatherTeam.Online and the Partner have the right to prohibit any use of the objects of their intellectual property by sending to the second party of the Partnership Agreement a corresponding official letter to the address specified by the opposite party in the Partnership Agreement.
- By signing the Partnership Agreement the Partner confirms his consent to the use by GatherTeam.Online of the name (full and abbreviated), commercial designations, trademarks, and logos of the Partner to communicate to an unlimited number of persons the fact of partnership relations between GatherTeam.Online and the Partner within the framework of this Partnership Program, including, but not limited to the placement of these commercial designations, trademarks, and logos of the Partner on the Website.
- Partnership Termination.
- Participation and termination of participation in the Partner Program is voluntary. Termination of participation in the Partner Program is possible on the Partner's initiative, on the initiative of GatherTeam.Online or by agreement of the parties.
- To terminate participation in the Partnership program on his initiative, the Partner should notify GatherTeam.Online in advance (not later than 30 (thirty) calendar days in advance) about his decision to terminate participation in the Partnership program in writing or by e-mail to hello@gathergeam.online (with simultaneous sending of the original signed notice to the postal address of GatherTeam.Online).
- Upon termination of the Partnership Agreement, the Partner loses the Partner status and all rights he/she was granted under this Partnership Program. In case of repeated participation in the Partner Program, the Partner's earlier Partner status and other preferences are not subject to restoration. GatherTeam.Online reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Affiliate Program, notifying the Partner at least 10 (ten) working days before the changes come into force by sending the Partner an official notice by e-mail.
- Marketing support for partners.
- To attract Potential Customers, promote GatherTeam.Online's products, Partners may participate in events as outlined in GatherTeam.Online's marketing strategy, including, but not limited to:
- participate in events (online and offline) as a speaker, expert, partner,
- publish successful cases of product implementation on the Website,
- publish information about successful cases on the official pages of GatherTeam.Online in social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.),
- invite GatherTeam.Online representatives to their events organized by Partners,
- co-author articles posted in mass media, blogs, electronic resources,
- jointly make comments in mass media, blogs, and other public resources,
- Planning of joint marketing and PR activities is carried out in a working order and can be initiated by both GatherTeam.Online and the Partner.
