Does GatherTeam.Online need to know the names or email addresses of our participants?
Not necessarily. Most of our events work with a simple join link - no personal data needed. If your event involves team assignments or personalization, we may ask for first names only ahead of time. We never share or sell participant info. -
Will there be a photo taken during my event?
Yes! We love capturing the fun. Our host will usually snap a group photo mid-event (with your consent). -
What are our accessibility options?
